Kullenbrak was a Brakiri ambassador to Babylon 5 in 2262. On March 3rd, 2262, Kullenbrak arranged for a section of Babylon 5 to be purchased by the Syndicracy for the duration of the Day of the Dead ceremony. Captain Lochley agreed over the objections of Ambassador G'Kar assuming it was a religious metaphor, however when night fell that section was cut off from the rest of the station until planetary sunrise.
