The Earring of the Mist Version X (霧のイヤリング バージョンエクス, Kiri no Iyaringu: Bājon Ikusu) is the upgraded Mist Original Vongola Ring, made thanks to Talbot. It was upgraded with Penalty; the Vongola Box Ring, Mukurou, and Mukuro Rokudo's firm resolve. This earring, as revealed by Talbot, was made exclusively for the 10th Generation Vongola Family . It took the form of an earring to best suit Mukuro's/Chrome's fighting style. Upon activating his Cambio Forma Version X, Mukuro's Cambio Forma Version Vongola Gear, Mukuro's Trident transforms into a khakkhara surrounded by rings of text.
