Jesse James Taylor (October 21, 1929 - October 7, 2003) was a former NASCAR driver from Macon, GA. He competed in sixteen Sprint Cup Series events in his career, spanning from 1950 to 1961. His best year was in 1951, finishing 7th in points after earning all three of his career top-ten finishes. His best finish was obviously that year: a 2nd at Darlington. He died of Natural Causes(?) At The Age Of 73.
