In the early sections stage features book platforms that rise or fall as the player approaches them and certain platforms that can be shot at to be raised they can however be ignored with Strudel's Hund. After this the stage features areas that are very dark and can only be seen if a Lantern Ghost is nearby this includes a spike pit drop in the darkness. After this there are a series of three seperate timed platforms that turn on in sequence every three seconds. Finally should the player make it past all of that there will be just two sections on flying books over bottomless pits between them and the bosses.
