Liddy Macao founded the Sky Pirates in the Grand Line. They were started by Liddy, who was banished from the Sky Island of Birdo roughly 3 years ago. Liddy has made her reputation through the use of dials and dial-operated weaponry. The Marines have been known to refer to her as "Liddy of the Winded Fist" due to her control over the Wind. Liddy supposedly, during her journey, blew an entire marine base into the ocean.
