The Exploding Tag Seal is an offensive Fuinjutsu technique used by Sekishu Ginryuushijin. This technique allows the user to create Exploding Tags without the traditional techniques. Every Hidden Ninja Village knows this technique, although the secret to creatin them is kept by very few people. The only reason that Sekishu Ginryuushijin knows this technique is becuase he analyzed the seal upon an Exploding Tag and has been able to recreate it.
