Nuun-Min was a protoss, seemingly a Judicator and possibly even a member of the Conclave. Shortly before the Great War, a member of a protoss fleet sent him a message pertaining to sightings of terran forces along the borders of protoss space. As Nuun-Min and these events are only mentioned in StarCraft beta material, he is of dubious canon status.
