The Dartian Hurricane Scale(DHS) is a hurricane scale measuring wind speed in miles per hour in 1-min, and air pressure. It was created by HurricaneWilma. It is used by NHC and the new East Pacific National Hurricane Center(EPNHC). These both use for mesauring storms. One person uses this scale and the other use the SSHWS.
