The 2008 Toyota / Save Mart 350 was a Sprint Cup Series event held at Infineon Raceway on June 22, 2008. Once again nobody could stop Kyle Busch, with the youngster collecting his first ever NASCAR victory by holding off a surprise career-best run by David Gilliland. Road course master Jeff Gordon struggled most of the race, but still held on to third place when all was said and done. Busch naturally increased his points lead, now 103 markers in front of Jeff Burton (13th). Matt Kenseth, meanwhile, moved into Chase position with his 8th place effort, but just two points ahead of 13th place in points Kevin Harvick. Stats
