Shialaevar is an elven wizard who lives in Leuthilspar on the island of Evermeet as of 1368 DR. She is a high mage of the city and frequently visited Queen Amlaruil Moonflower at Moonstone Palace. She lives in a home made from magically grown trees decorated by coloured flags which she changes on a daily basis. She is the only one who understands the significance of the flags.
