Guy Allegre was a General in the Barrayaran Imperial Service who served as the department head for Komarran Affairs before becoming the Chief of Imperial Security after Simon Illyan's memory chip was sabotaged and Lucas Haroche was arrested for the crime. Allegre was married, and his wife Susan worked in the Imperial Science Institute.
