Both parties share major parts of their political agendas. During the 2010 Congress, Walden has usually supported proposals from the socialist party, and vice versa. Their bond was strengthened in the State Elections, Fall 2010, which were won by Walden in three states and by CPL.nm in two. The coalition desires to maintain friendly relations with the Progressive Christian Party (a Walden split-off party) and the Liberal Arts Party.
