Randy Orlando (ランディ・オルランド, randi orurando), formerly known as Randolph Orlando (ランドルフ・オルランド, randorufu orurando) and also known as the Red Reaper (赤い死神, akai shinigami) and Son of the War God (闘神の息子, toushin no musuko), is a member of Crossbell Police Department's Special Support Section. Before that, he was stationed as a guard at the Bellguard Gate for the Crossbell Guardian Force.
