The Horror Zone was the second stage of Death-T. It comprised three games. The first game was the Electric Chair Ride, known as the Electric Chair Ride of Death in the Japanese version. While playing this, the group were transported to the Murderer's Mansion. The second game was the bllood puzzle riddle played inside the Mansion, in order to find an exit. The third game was the deathmatch with the Chopman played in the basement.
