Goldin was an ancient professor. He is Goldas's distant ancestor and the great grandson of Merlin. He discovered Neos, along with numerous other minor things. He somehow was able to contact the Elemental Lords. After his death the Arenian family fell from absolute power, and as soon as the people began to spit into different countries the Arenians lost all but some of their power. He died at the age of 50 (100 in human years)
