The user realizes when the opponents inhales due to the movement of their chakra. Even upon exhaling, traces of the user's chakra is left within the lungs of the opponent, which accumlate with each breath. By using shape transformation, the user can annihilate the opponent's lungs by expanding the compressed wind or by turning it into blades to cut the opponent's internal organs. This technique is considered extremely lethal due to the area that this technique covers. Additionally, the target will not be able to differentiate between the normal wind and the chakra-infused wind upon inhaling. This technique was used by Fūrin during her early days in the ANBU and it's considered a masterpiece in the art of assassination.
