Testament of My Failure is a seven-part tome found in Adventure Mode of Diablo III in Act V on Greyhollow Island. It is written by Rayeld / The Crazed Man, and drops from the satchels randomly found across the island (on surface and in the Ancient Tower). Once both tome parts are found, touching the subsequent satchels will open a portal to Forsaken Repose. It reads as follows:
