Billow's Rebellion (CC: 49/3/4,739 - CC: 01/4/4,739) was a slave revolt in the Calm Isles against King Erz Black led by Billow Katar of the Horn of Yock's Lass. Its leader went on to find the Coldlands, which would eventually go on to become the Delkish Empire, old and new. Billow Katar went on to become the 1st Master of the Coldlands, and in honor of the rebellion named and renamed several geographic features of the Coldlands, such as Freiheit Isle, Liberty Bay, and the Runaway's Rills.
