Paul Coleman is a recurring character on the TV series Knight of Gotham. He is one of Batman's strongest supporters and one of his early allies. Coleman is a Gotham City official who started out as an Assistant District Attorney to Harvey Dent, who had just been elected as Gotham's new District Attorney. Coleman and Dent had studied law together at Gotham University and were best friends; Coleman having been recommended to the post of Assistant DA by Dent himself.
