Bud Wiley is a celebrity in the direct-to-video film Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet Frankenstein. He has yellow hair and wears a purple suit. When Alvin (a monster at this time) slams an autograph book around him in front of the press, he chases after the transformed Alvin up to the top of a billboard. In the confrontation, the billboard begins to tip over. It's not until Simon and Theodore throw the antidote into Alvin's mouth does he realize who's up on the sign with him. Bud is saved from falling by Alvin.
