In 2004 he was nominated for a Taurus World Stunt award for best high work for Bad Boys II (2003) with fellow stuntman Jeff Cadiente. In 2001 he was awarded with a Taurus World Stunt award for best work with a vehicle for the film Me, Myself & Irene (2000). Pierce is also a stunt coordinator and second unit director.
