The user conceals several wires of Nuibari against a surface with their chakra, when a separate chakra signature to the caster’s enacts on the wires, they contract swiftly around the person’s body (more specifically the chakra flow) and in doing so, cuts into the flesh or top layer of the victim. The user can forcibly retract the wires at such a speed that even if the wires aren’t already wrapped around the target, the sudden movements of these wires causes anyone near them to be whipped and slashed leaving them grievously and fatally wounded.
