Dr. Mauricio Neukirch, MD, was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Surgeon Lieutenant in 1899 PD, he served as chief medical officer of the destroyer HMS Hawkwing during its anti-piracy mission in the Silesian Confederacy.
