The national identity card of the Federal Kingdom of South-Eastern Carpathians can be issued to all citizens and residents of the FKSEC,regardless of age,who reside in the FKSEC. It's optional for all FKSEC citizens and it can be issued to all FKSEC citizens residing abroad (though every citizen with or without an ID card or a passport is registered in the National List of Citizens). It's issued for identification purposes in the Federal Kingdom of South-Eastern Carpathians,the Confederation of Balkan micronations and the states affiliated with the latter. It has a validity of 5 years.
