Kappa (河(かっ)童(ぱ), Kappa) is a mysterious green creature in Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town. Kappa portrait (FoMT).png Kappa lives in the lake. He appears each time you throw a cucumber into the lake, and rarely, you may accidentally catch him while fishing. He is a secret bachelor in More Friends of Mineral Town with special requirements. There are other ways to increase his affection, however. These include: using your pedometer to walk 10,000 steps or more, shipping 10,000 or more of any item, catching 10,000 of any one fish species or more, and digging deep into the mines.
