Jenny moved to Prescott Street with her uncle, Dan. She was living with her uncle while her parents were in Saudi Arabia, due to her father's work in the state department that frequently made them relocate to a new place. Shortly after moving in, Dan asked the Halliwell sisters if Jenny could talk to them for female advice whenever she was too embarrassed to tell him. By early 2000, Jenny had moved back in with her parents.
