The Harbor Towers were an apartment complex in Baltimore, Maryland. Lyle Gibson lived in a unit at the Harbor Towers. When Keith Palmer confronted Gibson about Gibson's rape of his sister Nicole, the two got into a physical struggle, leading to Gibson accidentally falling to his death from the apartment balcony.
