An unnamed Nurse was on duty at Hotten General Hospital Herwood Ward in October 2015. Cain Dingle asked her for directions to the premature baby unit and distracted her so he could get the hospital phone and phone Chrissie Sugden as he was planning on killing her estranged husband Robert Sugden and framing her for the death. A few months later in January 2016, Robert himself asked the nurse if Aaron Livesy had readmitted himself to the hospital, but the nurse couldn't tell him anything until he admitted he was Aaron's boyfriend.
