Warte is the odd version of Wart and ruler of the Mowsas. He appeared in Shupah Malleo 2 as one of the bosses. He has the power to turn people into vegetables. Warte once kidnapped 2 twins called Peeki and Pohkee from Mema and PawPa and that was in Yhoumee Kowja Dohwkee Dohwkee Penic. He is the father of Warte Junior. He also is the leader of the Subshevik Army. He was single handidly responsible for the take over of Sawbcon, and is its new communist ruler. He has a hatred for his former ally Malleo's army, the Mahziis.
