It was a slight update to Windows 2.01. The setup has been updated, and now it includes a small readme.txt reader. VGA 640x450 mode has been removed. As this is a retail version, it obviously has got more drivers than the Compaq OEM of Windows/386 2.01, which is the only available version of Windows 2.01 on the internet. This version also introduced support for PS/2 mice in the mouse.drv, that means that you can use mouse in your virtual machine out-of-box.
