Ron Russell was the Toreador, a hero who dressed as a Spanish Toreador in order to fight Nazis and criminals in Mexico. He was aided by his allies Pedro and Pat King in his war against crime. He was a non-powered hero who was skilled as a horse rider and at using the lariat.
