The One Death is the third and most powerful incarnation of The One Sin in GU. It is summoned by the three disciples of Cernunnos in the 70th floor of The Forest of Pain. The One Death has 9999 HP and all the same attacks as The One Sin and Godeater. Like The One Sin, its shields are weak against either light or dark magic attacks, and it displays its weakness by the glow they emit (a purple glow if it's weak against light and a bright white glow if it's weak against dark). It will only take damage against those elemental weaknesses and physical attacks; other elemental magic deals no damage to it. Upon defeat, The One Death drops the unique Icon of Purity item.
