Zolraag was a male of the Race who worked as an administrator of the Conquest Fleet. After the Race expelled German forces from Poland in 1942, Zolraag was made commandant of Race forces in that country. Seeking to strengthen an anti-German alliance with the Jews, Zolraag worked closely with Jewish leaders including Moishe Russie and Mordechai Anielewicz. Zolraag's support of Fleetlord Atvar's more draconian policies on the administration of Tosev 3 (most notably the explosive-metal bombing of Washington, DC), as well as his personal arrogance, alienated both men, and both fled Warsaw to be rid of Zolraag.
