Coyles made his OWA debut alongside Slade Wilson as Higher Heroes, where they defeated Jeff Palmer and Amani Rakman to earn the final two spots of the Elimination Chamber at Chained. Both members of the team were simultaneously eliminated from the match by Jamo. Higher Heroes became the Tag Team Champions when they defeated Sudden Impact the following week.
