The Baron of Vo Toral is mentioned very incidentally in The Queen of Sorcery. It seemed that some Mimbrate nobles were enriching themselves dishonorably by selling their serfs to the Nyissans as slaves -- and as one soldier's tunic had the crest of Vo Toral, it seemed that the Baron of Vo Toral was involved. Mandorallen knew that he was a notorious spendthrift. Mandorallen had planned to denounce him publicly and prove his villainy upon his body (slaying him).
