Coahuila, abbreviated COAH., was an area of Mexico on Earth. It contained the city of Saltillo, home to La Forestal FCL. A gunny sack labeled as coming from this company ended up in San Francisco in 1893. (TNG: "Time's Arrow" ) Only the abbreviation was seen on the sack.
