Rhoda Lewis was born 25 June, 1933 in Moseley. She is an English actress who played Marta in Doctor Who, Lilian Smith in Coronation Street, Joan Leggett in EastEnders, she has also been in The Bill, Casualty, Doctors, Life Begins, Dalziel and Pascoe, May to December, Never the Twain, That's My Boy, The Magnificent Evans, Crown Court, The Wednesday Play, Z Cars, Softly Softly, The Avengers, and Callan.
