Red Horn Village, named from the high number of Phoenix guests there, was a village of the Ox Clan situated in their southeastern corner. It promoted as a center of trade and diplomacy in the last quarter of the 12th century, selling rare herbs and plants. The village was also somewhat of a festive resort and had several gambling establishments. The Scorpion used it as a point of entry for their operations in the Phoenix lands.
