Helping the Nanny is the name given to a sidequest in Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean. The quest begins later in the game in Duke Calbren's Manor when a group of children are visiting. Upon exiting one of the upstairs rooms, Kalas and company will find the children acting up, four of which need a certain Magnus to be calmed. You need Picture Book, Pow Milk, Roasted Bird, and Snow. Once all four are satisfied, reentering the room will find a return to normalcy. Speak with the Nanny to receive Firedrake Fists in thanks.
