Illan is a pseudo-coniferous tree native to Telios Prime. The illan grows to reach heights of 20 meters and more, with straight main body, few branches save for the top 1/5 of the tree, which extends several branches in a spherical manner. These branches become covered with small needle-like leaves, which stay on the tree for a portion of the year, before changing colour, drying out and falling. Once dry, the needles achieve a density ratio that allows them to be carried off into the wind, effectively seeding surrounding areas.
