Friend Story of Terror! is a 21-minute Halloween television special, set shortly after the events of Friend Story 3, that premiered on the American television network ABC on Wednesday, October 16, 2030. It was directed by Richard Rich, produced by Andrew Stanton, with John Goodman, Dan Aykroyd, Kath Soucie, Jesse Eisenberg, D. B. Sweeney, Roger Craig Smith, and Julianna Margulies reprising their roles of Jaune Tom, Yogi Bear, Cindy Bear, Blu, Aladar, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Neera with Ernie Sabella as Pumba and Steve Carell as the motel manager. Michael Giacchino composed the music for the special. The film's soundtrack was released on October 15, 2030, on Amazon.com in digital format.
