The Drayan scrolls were the ancient sacred texts of the Drayans. One passage, a traditional blessing, went, "May this day find you at peace and leave you with hope." According to Tressa, "The scrolls say we should be happy. That when we die the energy inside us is set free." (VOY: "Innocence")
