This is a follow-up quest for Horror and the Hemoglobin, which is obtained from a Blood Donor Coupon, looted from Rampaging Infernals near Reptile's Retreat in Downtown Millennium City. The Blood Donor Coupon can be a bit tricky to get. Rampaging Infernals are created when an Infected Citizen consumes tainted blood from one of the orange medical boxes in the area. Thus, if you do not just get lucky and find a Rampaging Infernal walking around, then your best option is to hand around one of the orange boxes until an infected citizen swings by for a snack.
