Cain Ray was a Jedi Knight, from Alderaan, during the ancient Republic, and the founder of the Shade Order on Thyferra. After growing up within the Jedi Order, one of the many found and integrated into it as an infant, he began to mature into an intelligent, charismatic, yet skeptical young man. As a padawan learner, he began to venture down the path of love, only by a few footsteps, yet enough to make him wary of such things. He has had, in his time, forged many strong, deep friendships, but he approaches most people amicably and it is evident in the fact of how many follow him that he does try to lay the foundations for relationships whenever he can.
