Mr. Patrick Lang was Moderator of the Vitalian Alliance of Valruzia from 2216-2222. In the elections of November 2220, he was elected Walrus, Valruzia's head of state. Before and after his stint in politics Lang was active in the entertainment industry of northern Seleya, mostly the renowned theatre of Tirkalara.
