A large batch of the box set was found to have an authoring error which made a few seconds of The Invisible Enemy part 3 appear in the wrong place. 2 entertain knew about this error but chose to go ahead with the release. 2 entertain replaced any faulty discs sent to them and also gave away a random classic series DVD as compensation for the customers' inconvenience. The set was released in Australia on 4 September.
