Keith MacMinn was a Loomis citizen and politician. He was born in the middle of the 19th Century PD. He and his wife, Ailsa, were the leaders of the Prosperity Party when it seized power in a brief and bloody coup. Keith died at the turn of the 20th Century PD, leaving his wife as sole head of the party. (HH14)
