Hoohoo (ホーホー Hōhō?) is an owl robot from Mega Man 9 that appears in Concrete Man's stage and the first Wily Castle stage. It flies carrying a rock and tries to drop it into the player. The rock will explode into two smaller fragments when it hits the ground.
