Blinkbat's Form is unique Leather Armor. Its boost to defense is useful in early game, however, its main selling point is the big boost to Faster Hit Recovery. As it is a Treasure Class 3 item, it may only be found in Normal Act I. Its high uqlvl make it a very rare drop.
