3rd Grade Male Elk is an unnamed 3rd grader who was in Mr. Ratburn's class last year, that looks similar to George Lundgren. He was only seen in Binky's flashback in "The World of Tomorrow." He had a more significant role because he tried to take the solar-powered model car, but sounded a security alarm.
